Carrie Underwood, American Idol’s best-selling star ever, has a sizzling new figure to flaunt when she kicks off her US tour with Keith Urban on January 31. Worried about her weight after she won American Idol in May 2005, the Grammy winner devised a simple dieting trick. “I write down everything I eat,” says Carrie, 5′3″, now an estimated 115 pounds. “I started doing it last year and I’ve gotten more healthy and lost weight. I feel that I do things the healthy way.” A food journal helps you understand your eating patterns and change bad habits, explains Jackie Keller of meal delivery service NutriFit.
