NYC’s Plaza Hotel recently reopened after years of renovations. Chanel Fine Jewelry hosted a private “Nuit de Diamants” dinner for 300 people in the hotel’s Grand Ballroom. Socialites were in full force, such as Margherita Missoni, Fabiola Beracasa, Amanda Brooks, Tory Burch, Minnie Mortimer Gaghan, Barbara Bush and Helen Lee Schifter.
